“Residence De Lollis” is the perfect combination of a valueble building complex and the latest technologies in energy saving, innovation and quality materials.

THE ESTATE
Built at the beginning of the sixties, on a frame of reinforced concrete raising from the basement up to the ninth floor, the building is located in the third Municipality, right next to the district of San Lorenzo.

The proximity to important buildings, such as “La Sapienza” University, The National Council of Research, the Ministry of Italian Air Force and the hospital “Policlinico Umberto I” makes Roma Resort De Lollis a convenient and comfortable place for students and professionals.

STRATEGIC POSITION
The highly convenient position makes the movements within the city very easy, given the nearness of two different taxi stations, in front of “La Sapienza University” and right at the end of via De Lollis, about 300 meters from the apartments, and a subway station right next to the University. Moreover, Termini Central Station is just a few minutes walking distance, with its wide choice of national and international transporation system, and the fast and direct trains to “Leonardo Da Vinci” (FCO) airport.

THE PROJECT
Our effort is to give back to the building its old beauty, and at the same time, to make its apartments more modern, without changing the aspect of the estate, its valuable features, which are enhanced by the design architecture, the quality of equipment, the refined touch and the use of ecofriendly systems.
